�� Exchange Policy

· You can exchange your Lilaxer perfume within 7 days of receiving it.

· The bottle must be at least 95% full and returned in its original packaging.

· We offer a 100% product exchange (same or similar item, based on availability).

�� Refund Policy

· If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, 25% of the order amount will be deducted as processing/restocking charges.

· Refunds will be issued via your original payment method once we receive and inspect the product.

⚠️ Important Notes

· We do not accept returns for products that are more than 5% used.

· Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility (unless there was an error on our part).

· Damaged, broken, or used products beyond the acceptable limit will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
